The Kirby salesperson (or salespeople) that visited me once didn't strike me as the leading salespeople. There were three of them, one college girl and two men. I think the men were just there as protection because the girl did all the talking. Her primary selling point was that she could win a trip to Las Vegas if I let them do a free carpet cleaning demo. She didn't seem to realize that this was not a motivator for me. Nonetheless, she was relentless and just wouldn't take no for an answer. Eventually, she had no more to say and she had already said the same things many times over, so she left. I was annoyed but also felt embarrassed for her. She shouldn't be a door-to-door salesperson.
