Frigidair makes a whole line of single room air conditioners, from economical units for small rooms to more powerful units for large rooms. They even have some that are portable, but that comes at a cost. You'll find that the prices are generally going to range from around $100 to upwards of $600 for the top of the line. Some will even come with a remote control. Note that these are single room air conditioners, not large air conditioning units used for central air conditioning.
