Apliance Discount Warehouse is located in the Los Angeles area, but anyone in the US can order from their web site and get delivery. Unless you need something urgently, UPS ground delivery will probably be the most economical. If you're buying something heavy, then shipping will be a lot regardless of delivery method. They have a shipping calculator on the web site to help you see which option is best for you. They also offer discounted prices to builders and contractors.
