A repair man used to come and fix this for me every 6 month. Now I am having this problem repeated every month since three month. the repair man said this is because of the defrost drain in the freezer as it gets pluged by itself and makes the ice accumalate in the bottom of the freezer and eventually causing water to leak inside the fridge from the hole in the bottom of freezer. The repair man cannot fix or replace this defrost drain. The model number is 106.61962101 and the serial number is EM3711570. I am wondering if Kenmor could help me to fix this problem. the fridge is not considered too old to get replaced and I would appreciate if you could provide assistance. Thanks,
